Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team before travelling with pets. A cot is available on request for an additional €35 per stay. Before arrival, guests must complete online ID registration, sign the digital rental agreement and pay the tourist tax. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Standard check-in ends at 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40.
Getting there
The apartment is on the third floor in a building without an elevator. The shower bathroom is on the second floor. The Peggy Guggenheim Collection is a two-minute walk away; Venice Santa Lucia Station is a 13-minute walk away, and Venice Marco Polo Airport is 13 km away.
