Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Contact the team before travelling with pets. Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Online ID registration, a signed digital rental agreement and payment of the tourist tax are required before receiving entry instructions. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. A cot is available on request for 35€ per stay.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor, and the building has no elevator. The Peggy Guggenheim Collection is a two-minute walk away. Venice Santa Lucia Station is a 13-minute walk away; Venice Marco Polo Airport is 13 km away.
