Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team before travelling with pets. A cot is available on request for an additional 35€ per stay. Before arrival, guests must complete online ID registration, sign the digital rental agreement and pay the tourist tax. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Standard check-in ends at 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional €20–€40 charge.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor, and the building has no elevator. The Peggy Guggenheim Collection is a two-minute walk away. Venice Santa Lucia Station is a 13-minute walk away; Venice Marco Polo Airport is 13 km away.
