Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Before receiving access instructions, complete online ID registration, sign the digital rental agreement and pay the tourist tax through the pre-arrival payment link. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. A cot is available on request for €35 per stay. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets.
Getting there
The building has no elevator. The Peggy Guggenheim Collection is a two-minute walk away. Accademia Bridge is five minutes away. Venice Santa Lucia Station is a 13-minute walk away; Venice Marco Polo Airport is 13 km away.
