House rules
The maximum occupancy is 2 people. No unregistered people may access the condominium, and visits must be communicated in advance for authorization. Overnight stays by people not included in the reservation are not permitted. Children aged 2–12 and babies are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Guests must follow condominium rules, must not hang items from windows, balconies or outdoor areas, and must not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Identification documents for every guest are requested after confirmation. Common areas may be temporarily closed. Check-in is with a host. Check-in from 20:00 to 22:00 incurs a stated fee; check-in after 22:00 is not permitted. The standard check-in window is 14:00–20:00 and checkout is by 10:00.

Beiramar Shopping is stated to be 450 m away. The property is in a condominium with restaurants, cafés, bars and an ice-cream shop in the complex. One garage parking space is provided.
