What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in starts at 15:00 and ends at 18:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
How many guests can stay at Abu X Abu?
The villa can accommodate up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 beds. Additional guests may be possible with prior arrangement.
Does the villa have a private pool?
Yes. The villa has a private swimming pool exclusively for guest use during the stay. The pool is regularly cleaned and maintained.
What amenities are included?
Key amenities include parking, pool, garden, kitchen, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.
What is the cancellation policy?
If cancelled or modified more than 7 days before arrival, 50% of the booking item amount will be charged. If cancelled or modified less than 7 days before arrival, or in case of no-show, the full booking item amount will be charged. Payment of 100% of the booking item amount is required.
Is housekeeping included?
Daily housekeeping is included for daily rentals. For monthly rentals, weekly housekeeping is typically provided. Fresh linens, towels, and toiletries are supplied and replenished regularly.
Are there special notes or house rules?
Guests should lock valuables in the safety deposit box. Events are not allowed, outside guests are not allowed, and commercial photography and filming are allowed subject to terms and conditions.
Is Wi-Fi available and suitable for remote work?
Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi is included. Most villas have fiber-optic connections suitable for video calls, streaming, and remote work. Guests with specific bandwidth requirements should confirm the connection speed before booking.
