The 79 sqm apartment has an open-plan living room with wood floors, statement artwork and light from the balcony. A large dining table sits beside the lounge, and the balcony offers outdoor dining with views over a quiet, leafy street. The two bedrooms have white interiors with colourful artwork; the bathrooms feature aquamarine-blue and white finishes. Bedroom 1 has one queen-size bed and Bedroom 2 has one double bed.

Cooking facilities include a hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery. A washing machine, central heating, smart TV, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, toiletries, towels and bed linen are provided. Free wireless internet is advertised as high speed.

The apartment is on the first floor and has lift access.
