For 2027, the apartment requires a minimum stay of two nights in low season and three nights in high season; rooms require a three-night minimum in high season. Extra bed: €17 per night. Breakfast: €7 per person. Dogs: €4 per day. Prices are stated as including VAT. High-season dates are 1–6 January, 18–21 March, 24–29 March, 1 July–26 September, 8–12 October, 29 October–1 November, 3–12 December and 24–31 December; the rest of the year is low season.

Getaria beach is 3 km away; Zarautz beach is 5.5 km away. The property is in the Meagas neighborhood.
