The house

The 90 m² holiday home stands on a 1,200 m² natural plot near the southern end of Ringkøbing Fjord. It is the last house on a small side road, with heathland to the north and views towards the dunes. The sea is 200 metres away, and the sandy North Sea beach is a short walk over the dunes.

The central living area has an open-plan kitchen and dining space, with the other rooms leading off it. Sloping ceilings and exposed beams frame a furnished lounge with a wood-burning stove, flat-screen television, Chromecast, German satellite channels, radio and CD player. Electric heating and an air-to-air heat pump provide additional heating. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A washing machine and free internet are available.

Three bedrooms each have a double bed; the fourth has a single bed. There is one large bathroom with underfloor heating, a sauna and a two-person whirlpool bath, plus a separate guest toilet.

Outside are covered, open and screened terrace areas with garden furniture, a gas barbecue, a swing and a sandpit. Views of the heathland and dunes can be enjoyed from both the dining area and the covered terrace.
