Listing description
The 92 m² wooden holiday home stands on a hilly 1,250 m² natural dune plot at the end of a small cul-de-sac. Built in 1991, it was partially renovated in 2020 with a new kitchen and bathroom. A large enclosed, partly covered terrace has garden furniture, sun loungers and a charcoal kettle barbecue. There is also an outdoor storage shed.
Three bedrooms contain two double beds and two single beds in total. The mattresses are reversible, with a soft side and a firm side. The large bathroom has underfloor heating, a two-person whirlpool bath and access to the sauna.
The open-plan living room and kitchen include an alcove, comfortable furniture, a wood-burning stove and an air-to-air heat pump. Entertainment includes a smart TV with Chromecast, German satellite channels, a DVD player, CD player, radio and Bluetooth music system. Electric heating is available. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven and hob, and a separate 100-litre freezer. A washing machine and free fibre internet are available.
For children there is a sandpit, swing and small playhouse, plus one cot and one high chair. The sheltered dune setting lies between Ringkøbing Fjord and Denmark’s west coast, near the North Sea beach and heathland.
