## About the house

The renovated home accommodates up to eight guests. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms each with a separate toilet, and two living areas each with a TV and DVD player. Outdoor spaces include a large deck, barbecue area, garden, outdoor seating and a hot-and-cold outdoor shower. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, oven, refrigerator, stove and toaster. A dining table seats ten. Heating includes an open fireplace, downstairs underfloor heating and electric heaters in every bedroom. A washing machine, dryer, bathtub, hair dryer, iron, hot water, smoke detector, free Wi-Fi and Netflix are provided. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two; longer stays are allowed.

Point Roadknight Beach is close enough to carry boards over without driving. The back beach and walking tracks are a short walk away. Parking is limited to two car spaces.

No parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks gatherings. Smoking is prohibited. Dogs require approval and must remain outside. Linen is not provided; hire is available. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00. Bookings must reflect the exact number of guests, and changes must be communicated to management. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use and only for the guests on the booking. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods.
