## About the house

The open-plan reception room has high ceilings, a large window overlooking Brook Green, artwork, a sofa, television and a small dining table suitable for meals or work. The compact kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with a hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware and tableware.

The bedroom has one king-size bed, ample storage and an outlook towards the communal garden. The modern bathroom has a large walk-in shower and storage, with a washing machine in a utility cupboard. Heating, hot water, an iron and ironing board, drying rack, hair dryer, toiletries, bed linen and towels are provided. Fans are available on request. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are provided.

The flat is on the west side of Shepherds Bush Road, with access to the West End, Holland Park, Kensington, Earl’s Court, Kensington Olympia and Hammersmith Broadway. Shepherds Bush and Hammersmith underground stations are within easy walking distance. Heathrow Airport is around 30 minutes away by taxi or tube. A Sainsbury’s and bike rental station are minutes away, with the River Thames nearby. A laundrette and dry cleaner are at the end of the road.

Guests receive a personal welcome and local recommendations. The home is professionally cleaned, with hotel-quality linens and towels, complimentary weekly linen changes for longer stays and free weekly cleaning. Children and infants are welcome; a baby cot and highchair are available to hire.
