The house

The home has high ceilings and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with panoramic windows. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. A Smart TV supports access to your own Netflix account, and complimentary Wi-Fi and mobile coverage are available.

The upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom downstairs has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds suitable only for children. One bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and hand basin; the second has a shower, toilet and hand basin.

Outside are a deck with a barbecue, a large lawn and garden space. Off-road parking and a washing machine are available. Linen is included: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels are supplied, with beds made before arrival and stripped after departure. Pillows and duvets are provided. There is no pool or hot tub.

Waihi Beach is 350 m away. Local cafes and restaurants, including Flat White Cafe and a fish and chip shop, are within walking distance. Waihi Beach village, with a Four Square supermarket, shops and restaurants, is a 10-minute walk or five-minute drive away.
