Parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings, are prohibited. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed otherwise, stays are for private residential use and only for the guests recorded on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count, and any changes must be reported to management. Pets are strictly prohibited unless Pets Welcome is advertised. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods, subject to the terms and conditions.
Getting there
The apartment is close to the beach, cafes and shops in central Lorne. On-site parking accommodates two cars.
