House rules
The minimum age to rent the property is 25. Smoking, pets and parties are not permitted. After booking confirmation, guests must complete an online pre-check-in form confirming identity and booking details and provide official photographic identification. Cancellation terms offer a full refund at least five days before check-in and a 50% refund less than five days before check-in, subject to the full cancellation policy.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor with no lift access. The third suite is accessed through the living room. A dog usually lives here; the home may not suit guests with allergies.
