The living and dining area has exposed stone walls, period beams, a linen sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV and glass dining table. A single sofa bed provides additional sleeping space in the living room.

The raised kitchen is fully equipped, with a hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee-making equipment and kettle. The naturally lit study overlooks a cobblestone courtyard. The bedroom has a double bed and wooden French doors opening to the courtyard. The bathroom has a shower, wash basin and toilet; a bathtub is also included among the amenities.
