The condo has coastal interiors and a living area opening onto a balcony. The updated, fully equipped kitchen includes an oven and stove, and the dining area seats four. A patio, television, air conditioning and in-home washer and dryer are available.

Up to four guests can stay in two bedrooms: the primary bedroom has one queen bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The twin beds cannot be converted into a king. A full bathroom sits between the bedrooms. Bedrooms include linens, towels, pillows and comforters.

The home is part of the gated Truman Annex community, with a shared pool steps away. Old Town can be explored on foot or by bike, with Duval Street, Mallory Square, Fort Zachary Taylor State Park, restaurants, shops and nightlife nearby. One parking space is available, subject to community vehicle restrictions.

Stays of 28 nights or longer require additional paid cleaning and a security deposit charged after booking.

The home receives monthly pest control, but insects may remain during swarming season; local wildlife may also be encountered. Construction and road repairs may occur nearby without warning.

Minimum stay: 28 nights. The booking guest must be at least 25. Maximum occupancy of four includes infants. Stays of 28 days or longer require additional paid cleanings, with the number determined by stay length, and a security deposit charged after booking. Pets are prohibited; unauthorized pets may incur a fine. Documentation may be required for ESA/service animals. Smoking is prohibited; violations incur a $500 cleaning and related-cost fee, plus responsibility for smoking damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down; noise violations may incur fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. The twin beds cannot be converted into a king.
