## About the house

The home accommodates up to 14 guests and has five full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. Its private cul-de-sac setting offers panoramic ocean views from two levels.

Level 1 has a covered entry and two recreation rooms: one with foosball and a sitting area, and another with a pool table, full-size refrigerator and sitting area. Level 2 contains two ensuite bedrooms, two additional bedrooms, a full hall bathroom, a half bathroom, a den and laundry. The oceanfront pool and hot tub have ocean views, with shaded decking nearby.

Level 3 contains two ensuite bedrooms and a half bathroom. The tiled great room has a gas fireplace and Bluetooth speakers. The kitchen includes a Jenn-Air stove, with separate breakfast and dining rooms, a screened porch and open decking. Kitchen equipment includes a blender, drip coffee maker, dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, microwave and toaster.

Additional facilities include an elevator, keyless entry, multiple TVs/DVD players, cable TV, a dune deck, two outdoor showers, a hardline gas grill on the Level 3 deck, a basketball hoop, pool-area Bluetooth speakers and an outdoor toilet adjoining the pool area. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, outdoor furniture and five beach chairs are provided. The home has municipal water. The Welcome Program is available beginning in 2027.

The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31 in 2027.

Private outdoor pool, size 10 × 24. Scheduled opening dates are April 25–October 9, 2026, and April 24–October 8, 2027. An optional extension to October 15, 2027, costs $300 plus tax per week. A hot tub is also available.

Oceanfront location with a private beach walkway with steps. Parking is limited to five vehicles.

No smoking. Up to two dogs are permitted, with no weight limit; cats are not allowed. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken. Scheduled check-in and checkout days are Saturday.
