- Kitchen with Jenn-Air stove, blender, drip coffee maker, dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. A full-size refrigerator is also in the Level 1 recreation room.
- Washing machine
- Washer and dryer; laundry on Level 2.
Pool
Private poolPrivate outdoor pool, size 10 × 24. Scheduled opening dates are April 25–October 9, 2026, and April 24–October 8, 2027. An optional extension to October 15, 2027, costs $300 plus tax per week. A hot tub is also available.
