The house

The house has an open living layout, multiple flat-screen TVs with cable/streaming, and a collection of movies, books and games. The upper level includes a great room, a dining area seating eight, a ship’s watch seating four with ocean views, a screened porch and a king en suite with a tiled walk-in shower.

The mid level includes a queen bedroom with TV, a bedroom with two bunk beds, and a king en suite with a dressing area and TV. A laundry room has a washer and dryer, and the deck has a hot tub. Entry is on the lower level and uses keyless entry.

The updated kitchen includes a dishwasher and ice maker. Outdoor facilities include a 13-by-18-foot private pool, sun deck, furnished covered decks, charcoal grill, outdoor shower and fish-cleaning table. Guests have access to free community pickleball and tennis courts and community beach access.

Partial-week stays are offered, with Saturday turnover. Linens are optional, additional towel sets can be requested, and the house is eligible for early check-in. An exterior video-only security camera overlooks the entryway; its audio is disabled, and there are no other cameras inside or outside the home.
