The home has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, comprising six full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Entry is on level 1. Level 2 has three ensuite bedrooms, a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two double/twin bunk sets. The latter two bedrooms each have a private half bathroom and share a shower/tub. A den with a twin bed and daybed is accessible only through the queen bedroom; a recreation room is also on this level.

Level 3 has a king ensuite bedroom with a whirlpool and deck access, a great room with ocean views and an entertainment center, a kitchen, a dining area, a den with a queen sleeper sofa, a full bathroom, and a ship's watch with a table and built-in seating.

Outdoor facilities include a private outdoor pool, hot tub, screened porch, dune deck, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture, charcoal and gas grills, and a private beach walkway with steps. Five beach chairs are provided. The private pool has published opening dates of April 24–October 9, 2026 and April 23–October 7, 2027; its published size is 11 x 20.

The home has central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, pillows and blankets, and an iron and ironing board. Kitchen equipment includes cookware, dishes and utensils, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers. Entertainment includes a pool table, game table, multiple TVs, cable, satellite and streaming TV. Community facilities include an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, tennis and pickleball courts, gym, basketball courts, playground and beach access.

Parking accommodates five vehicles. Check-in is Friday at 16:00 and check-out is Friday at 10:00. Limited early check-in may be reserved for an additional fee, subject to qualification and availability. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
