The house

The house has open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas, one bathroom with a shower over the bath, and a separate laundry with a washer and dryer. A rear deck has a table, chairs, a BBQ and views towards the river and surrounding landscape. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishes and silverware. Linen is provided. Heating, an indoor fireplace, an iron, hot water, a smoke detector, a garden, a ping-pong table, a TV, a DVD player and a selection of DVDs are available. There is no TV reception. The property is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two. The Barham River runs along and around the property, with opportunities for trout fishing and riverside picnics.
