This 110 sqm home opens into a bright living area with sofas, armchairs, a glass coffee table and a television. The open-plan dining area has a dining table and chairs, a window-side desk, a small fireplace, a bookcase and a piano.

The contemporary kitchen has a breakfast bar and stool, cooker and hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery. A bathroom beside the living area contains a walk-in shower, WC and basin, with a washing machine in a cupboard. A further bathroom on the first floor has a basin, mirror and WC.

The master bedroom has two single beds positioned together as a super-king, a chest of drawers, wardrobe and views of the mews. The second bedroom has a single bed, desk and chair, shelving, children's books and a wardrobe. The third bedroom has two single beds, a bookcase, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Facilities include free Wi-Fi, central heating, a tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, towels, bed linen, toiletries, board games and children's books and toys. Fans are available on request. The home is suitable for children and infants.
