- Up to two dogs are allowed, with no weight limit. Cats are not allowed. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken. No additional pet fee applies unless otherwise stated. Pets are not permitted in pools or hot tubs; violating the pet policy can terminate the tenancy.

- Equipped main kitchen and Level 1 kitchenette. Kitchen equipment includes dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers.

Pool
Private pool- Heated
Outdoor private pool, size 16 × 32. Open April 25–October 9, 2026, and April 24–October 8, 2027. Optional heating costs $350 plus tax per week and is unavailable in July and August. Community outdoor and kiddie pools are also available.
