The 170 sqm home has an open-plan living and dining space with a lounge and wooden dining table. The fully equipped kitchen has polished concrete worktops, brushed steel cabinetry, a gas stove, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee-making equipment and toaster. The private patio garden provides outdoor dining space.

The master bedroom has deep blue walls, silk-covered wardrobes and an en-suite shower room. The other bedrooms contain a double bed and a bunk bed. The upper-floor double bedroom overlooks the garden and has an ornamental balcony, with access to a family bathroom. There is also an additional WC and a utility space with a washer/dryer.
