This 130 sqm home has two double bedrooms on the ground floor, alongside a family bathroom and an additional guest WC. The first floor contains an open-plan living and dining space with floor-to-ceiling windows, a large dining table and an adjoining lounge. The fully equipped kitchen has a central island and built-in appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge and microwave, plus coffee-making equipment and cookware.

The second-floor master suite has a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, an en-suite shower room and direct access to a private terrace. The numbered bedroom inventory comprises two king-size beds and one double bed.

Facilities include free Wi-Fi, a laptop workspace, TV, heating and floor heating, a washing machine and tumble dryer. Linen, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided. Fans are available on request. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are provided.

Kilburn Lane and Salusbury Road offer cafés, restaurants and boutiques within easy reach. Queen's Park, Maida Vale and Notting Hill are nearby areas to explore. Queen's Park station serves the Bakerloo and Overground lines; Westbourne Park serves the Hammersmith & City line, with connections to central London.

Cancellations at least 30 days before check-in receive a full refund; cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in receive a 50% refund; cancellations less than 14 days before check-in receive no refund.
