## About the house

The apartment accommodates up to seven guests. The entrance leads into a sitting room followed by a larger living room with sofas and a dining table overlooking the garden. A bathroom with a shower is on this level. Upstairs are three bedrooms: two with a queen-size bed each, and one with a bunk bed and a pull-out bed available on request. A second bathroom has a bathtub. Outside, there is a terrace with a table and chairs and a large private garden around the house.

Kitchen equipment includes a moka coffee maker, boiler, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, television and hairdryer are provided.

Bellagio offers historic streets with steps, passages and arcades, the gardens of Villa Melzi and Villa Serbelloni, and walking routes toward Monte San Primo. Boat connections link Bellagio with Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como. Orio al Serio Airport is a 1-hour-30-minute drive away.

The bedrooms are upstairs. No taxis or public transport are available for short local journeys in the area; arriving by car is recommended. Orio al Serio Airport is a 1-hour-30-minute drive away.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the local team for information before travelling with pets. The pull-out bed is available on request. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations. Arrange check-in with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard arrival ends at 20:00; late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. Check-out is no later than 10:00.
