The house

The apartment has dual exposure and occupies the third and top floor of a small building without an elevator. The spacious living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast bar with stools, a dining table and a sofa. A small private terrace overlooks the inner courtyard.

There are three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, a large wardrobe, mirrors, bedside tables and a private street-facing balcony. One bedroom also has a single sofa bed. The three bathrooms have showers. Facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, television and a hairdryer. Kitchen equipment includes a moka pot, boiler, oven, refrigerator and freezer.

The apartment is about 2 km from Naples central station and about 5 km from the airport. Access involves narrow stairs and high steps. Renovation and repainting works involve scaffolding and possible daytime noise.
