## About the house

The home accommodates up to 15 guests and has five full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The upper deck has ocean views, with convenient access to oceanside beaches, soundside sunsets, and shopping and restaurants in Duck. Beach access is via Cook Drive Beach Access.

Level 1 contains a bedroom with a twin-over-twin bunk set and a double-over-twin bunk set, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, a recreation room with billiards and surround sound, and laundry facilities. Level 2 has two king ensuite bedrooms with standing showers, a king bedroom with a semi-private bathroom and shower/tub combination, and another king bedroom. Each Level 2 bedroom has deck access. A half bathroom is on Level 2.5. Level 3 contains a king ensuite bedroom with a standing shower and deck access, plus the great room, kitchen and dining area.

The stocked kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers. Entertainment includes multiple Smart TVs/DVDs, cable TV, a Wi-Fi mesh network, Sonos wireless audio with wall-mounted touchscreen controls, a pool table, arcade game, and portable poker and gaming table. Outdoors are a private seasonal pool, hot tub, patio bar, five-burner gas grill, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture and five beach chairs. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are provided. The home has central heating and air conditioning, municipal water, a wet bar, keyless entry, and an outdoor security camera facing the street or driveway.

No smoking. Maximum one dog; cats are not allowed. The dog weight limit is 50 lbs in 2026 and 40 lbs in 2027. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken and may not enter the pool or hot tub. A pet-policy violation can result in termination of tenancy.
