Parties, events and smoking are not permitted. Contact the local team for information before travelling with pets. A tourist tax may be payable upon arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations. Arrange check-in with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The check-in window starts at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and late checkout are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. Checkout is no later than 10:00.

The apartment is on the third floor, with an elevator. Spezia Metro Station is about 150 m away; Turin Caselle Airport is 22 km away. Renovations and repainting involve scaffolding advertised as causing no noise.
