The apartment is on the fifth floor with lift access. Large windows and balcony doors bring light into the living room, which has a sofa, neutral interiors, houseplants and colourful artwork. The balcony has greenery, rooftop views and a striped awning.

The sleeping area is tucked behind the living room and has a queen-sized double ottoman bed and a TV. The bathroom has a bathtub, wash basin, WC and washer-dryer; a shower is also provided.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a cooker, electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, crockery and cooking utensils. A small dining table seats four. Two desk spots provide space for working.

Free Wi-Fi is available, with high-speed internet advertised. There is central heating and one portable air-conditioning unit; its exhaust tube must be placed out of a window, leaving the window slightly open during use. Smart TV, bed linen, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron with ironing board are provided.
