House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not permitted. Pets are not accepted. Youth groups up to age 18 are not accepted. The extra pull-out bed in bedroom 3 is intended mainly for children. Bed linen and towels are not provided but may be ordered separately. Kitchen towels cost €2 per reservation; a towel set costs €7 per reservation; linen for a double bed costs €15 and for a single bed €12 per reservation. Bath mats cost €3 per reservation. End-of-stay cleaning is optional at €175 per reservation. Hoomy concierge service fees are 10% of the reservation. A refundable €800 deposit per reservation is taken by card pre-authorisation. A dedicated EV charging point is not available; household sockets must not be used to charge vehicles. Please contact the local agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover. In low season, check-in and check-out times may be flexible by prior arrangement.
Getting there
Port Kennet sandy beach is 1 km away; Port au Loup is 1.5 km away and Port Lorec is 2 km away. The port is about 700 m away. Private parking accommodates two vehicles.
