House rules
No smoking. No pets. Parties and events are not permitted. Linen and towels are not provided but can be ordered for an additional charge. Optional linen is supplied on arrival for the stay and is not renewed; in-stay cleaning is not provided. A refundable €800 deposit per booking is taken by card pre-authorisation. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Optional charges: kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €18 per bed; single-bed linen €14 per bed; end-of-stay cleaning €90 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Cancellation insurance is optional at 5.5% of the booking. Internet, heating, covered parking, personalised arrival and end-of-stay service are included. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide the expected arrival time and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by prior arrangement.
Getting there
Val André sandy beach is less than 50 m away. Pléneuf-Val-André town centre is 2 km away. The apartment is on the ground floor of the building. The property is not accessible to people with reduced mobility, although wheelchair circulation inside is described as fairly easy. No electric-vehicle charging socket is provided; domestic sockets must not be used to charge vehicles.
