House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not accepted. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. The home accommodates up to 8 guests. A refundable €800 security deposit is charged per reservation by card pre-authorisation. The mandatory concierge service fee is 10% of the reservation. Optional charges per reservation: kitchen linens €2; towel set €10; double-bed linen €22; single-bed linen €19; end-of-stay cleaning €120; bath mat €3. Linen and end-of-stay cleaning are optional; ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the stay without renewal. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Do not use household electrical sockets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging point. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement.
