House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are prohibited. Groups of young people up to age 25 are not accepted. Do not use domestic electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. Contact the local agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover and provide your arrival time. House linen is optional and is provided on arrival for the stay without replacement; mid-stay cleaning is not provided. Bed linen and towels are not supplied. Mandatory charges: concierge service fee 10% of the reservation; end-of-stay cleaning €145 per reservation. Refundable deposit: €800 per reservation, held as a card pre-authorization. Optional linen services: kitchen towels €2 per reservation; towel set (one small and one large) €7 per reservation; double-bed linen €15 per bed; single-bed linen €12 per bed; bath mat €3 per reservation. Cancellation insurance is optional at 5.5% of the reservation. Tourist tax applies; the displayed details say it is included in the total price.
