Pets up to 20 kg are accepted for €20 per night, but are not allowed in dining or wellness areas. Children are welcome. Extra beds may be available on request in Duplex rooms. A baby cot may be requested, subject to availability; the page also specifies that a cot can be added from the Superior category. A €5.60 city tax per room per night is not included and is payable on arrival. Private parking costs €30 per day and requires advance reservation with reception.

Egmont Park is a 5-minute walk, Parc Royal a 10-minute walk and Parc du Cinquantenaire a 30-minute walk. Private parking is €30 per day and must be reserved with reception; public parking is nearby. Brussels Airport (Zaventem) is 13 km away.
