The house

98 Degrees & The Stage consists of two newly built neighboring townhomes, each with four bedrooms. Both have open living spaces with sectional seating, modern kitchens with islands and barstools, stainless steel appliances, and a desk vanity. Kitchen equipment includes a microwave, oven and stove. Covered balconies provide outdoor lounge seating; patios, heating and televisions are also available.

Each home has a primary bedroom with a king bed, TV and ensuite bathroom. Two second-floor bedrooms have a king bed and a queen bed respectively, televisions, and access to a shared hallway bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a built-in bunk arrangement with two twin sleeping places and its own ensuite bathroom. Across the two homes, the sleeping arrangements comprise four king beds, two queen beds and four twin beds. Bedrooms include linens, towels, pillows and comforters; linens are available for additional sleeping arrangements.

A pack n' play travel crib is available. A high chair can be provided on request with at least 24 hours' advance notice. Self-check-in is available using a keypad.

The homes are in East Nashville, across the Cumberland River, with access to restaurants, live music, shopping and Nissan Stadium. Broadway is a 10-minute Uber drive away.
