House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Young groups (up to age 18) are not accepted. Pets are not allowed. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide your arrival time and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times can be flexible by arrangement. A refundable €800 deposit per booking is required by card pre-authorization. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Optional services: cancellation insurance 5.5% of the booking; kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; linen €15 per double bed or €12 per single bed per booking; end-of-stay cleaning €170 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Bed linen and towels are not provided unless ordered. The tourist tax is included in the total price. Linen is delivered on arrival for the entire stay without replacement; in-stay cleaning is not provided.

Saint-Michel beach is 1 km away. Piriac-sur-Mer town centre is 850 m away; Carrefour City supermarket is 900 m away and Piriac port is 950 m away.
