House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not permitted. Youth groups up to age 18 are not accepted. Pets under 10 kg are permitted; dangerous-breed animals are not accepted. The tourist tax is included in the total price. A refundable €800 per booking deposit is taken by card pre-authorization. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the reservation. Optional services: kitchen linen €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €18 per bed; single-bed linen €14 per bed; end-of-stay cleaning €105 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Cancellation insurance is optional at 5.5% of the reservation. Housekeeping and linen options are not included by default. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide arrival details and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement.
