House rules
No pets, smoking, parties or events. Groups of young people up to 18 years old are not accepted. A refundable €800 deposit per booking is taken as a card pre-authorization. End-of-stay cleaning costs €140 per booking. Hoomy concierge service fees are 10% of the booking. Kitchen towels are included. Optional linen charges per booking: €7 for a set with one small and one large towel, €18 per double bed, €14 per single bed, and €3 per bath mat. Optional cancellation insurance costs 5.5% of the booking. Linen ordered is supplied on arrival for the whole stay, with no renewal; cleaning during the stay is not provided. The listing gives conflicting tourist-tax guidance: one section says it is payable before the stay, while another says it is included in the total price. Do not use household outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide arrival-time information and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement.

Plage du Gros Jonc is 800 m away; Plage du Fourneau is 2 km away. Carrefour Contact supermarket is 200 m away, the village centre is 400 m away, and restaurants Fricoter and Le Chasse-Marée are 300 m and 500 m away, respectively. Free parking is available in nearby subdivision parking areas reserved for residents; the house has no private parking space.
