House rules
Non-smoking. Parties and events are not permitted. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Pets under 40 kg are accepted, except animals of dangerous breeds. Do not use household electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging point. Bed linen and towels are not provided and are available as optional services. Ordered linen is supplied for the stay without replacement, and mid-stay cleaning is not provided. A refundable €800 security deposit per booking is taken as a card pre-authorisation. A 10% Hoomy concierge service fee applies to the reservation. Optional charges: kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €15 per bed; single-bed linen €12 per bed; end-of-stay cleaning €75 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. The tourist tax is described as included in the total price.
Getting there
The nearest beaches are 800 m away; Plage du Redois is 800 m away, and Plage de Gohaud and Grande Plage de Tharon are each 1.9 km away. Local shops are 700 m away; Tharon-Plage centre is 1.4 km away. The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
