House rules
Parties, smoking and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. Pets are allowed for a fee but must stay off furniture, and guests must clean up after them. The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children are welcome. Check-out is at 11:00 AM, and unauthorized late check-outs incur an additional fee. Power outages may occur; the property has no backup generator. The property has no backup water tank.
Getting there
The apartment is about eight minutes by car from Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport. Isla Verde beaches and restaurants are about 10 minutes by car, and Old San Juan is about 25 minutes by car. Free street parking is available subject to availability. Rental cars, Uber, Lyft, taxis and public buses are available; a rental car is described as the easiest way to explore.
