House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not permitted. Pets are not accepted. Youth groups up to age 18 are not accepted. The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Optional services: kitchen towels €2 per reservation; towel set €7 per reservation; double-bed linen €18 per bed; single-bed linen €14 per bed; bath mat €3 per reservation; end-of-stay cleaning €100 per reservation. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the reservation. A refundable €800 deposit per reservation is taken by card pre-authorization. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide the arrival time and arrange key handover. The property has no dedicated electric-vehicle charging outlet; do not use household sockets for charging.
