The kitchen includes an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker. A hair dryer, washing machine and tumble dryer are provided; laundry machines are in a utility room. The garden has a 20 m² terrace and barbecue. Two parking spaces are available in front of the house.

Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the reservation. A refundable €800 deposit per reservation is taken by card pre-authorization. The property has no dedicated electric-vehicle charging outlet; do not use household sockets for charging.
