House rules
No parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks gatherings. No pets or smoking. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use only and may accommodate only the guests stated on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management of any changes. Treat the property with the same respect as your own home.
Getting there
The river is a two-minute walk away, the beach and cafes are a five-minute walk away, and the shops are a ten-minute walk away. The home has bedrooms on two levels and an additional open living area upstairs. Linen is not provided; hire is available. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods.
