The house

The estate accommodates up to twelve guests across four bedrooms in the main home and two detached guest suites with private entrances. Wood-paneled ceilings and sliding glass walls connect the great room to the pool deck and fairway. An upper-level lounge provides another gathering space; indoor and outdoor dining tables each seat eight.

The kitchen has quartz counters, wood cabinetry, a marble island, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, blender, toaster, toaster oven and rice cooker. A lanai outdoor kitchen includes a built-in BBQ. The lower patio, upper balcony, shaded seating and loungers surround the outdoor living areas. The private infinity-edge pool includes complimentary heating to 78°F, alongside a heated spa.

The upstairs primary suite has a sitting area, walk-in closet, lanai access and an ensuite with freestanding soaking tub, dual vanities and glass shower. The second upstairs suite has lanai access and an ensuite shower. Guest Suite 3 has a private lanai, walk-in closet, soaking tub and outdoor shower. Guest Suite 4 has an ensuite shower and Twin XL beds convertible to a king on request. Both detached suites have ensuite bathrooms. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans extend throughout; Smart TVs are provided in every room.

A laundry room has a washer and dryer. Linens, Malie Organics toiletries, household supplies, a printer/scanner and a complimentary Pack and Play are provided. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers and towels are available, along with a complimentary six-seat golf cart.

Registered guests have complimentary access to One Ocean's Ocean Club, Sports & Wellness Club and Hana Pono Park, plus the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Ocean Club has an infinity-edge pool, two whirlpool spas, BBQ cabanas, open-air pavilions, palapas, oceanfront bar seating, locker rooms, a yoga lawn and whale-watching decks, with access to Fishermen's Trail leading to a black sand beach. The walkable Sports & Wellness Club has a lagoon-style pool, fitness center, locker rooms, game room and BBQ lanai.

Hana Pono Park has a family pool, spa and outdoor shower. Separate Mauna Lani Resort fitness, golf, tennis and pickleball access and beach-equipment rentals are marked as chargeable.

The home is professionally managed by The LeRoy Collection at Gather Vacations, with pre-arrival support, on-island guest support and concierge options including grocery shopping, housekeeping, private yoga and personal chefs. An optional introduction and orientation walk-through is available within business hours.
