The house

Built in 2026, the home has wood ceilings and sliding glass walls connecting the great room to a covered lanai and pool deck. Indoor dining seats six, and the outdoor table seats eight. An upstairs balcony overlooks the greens. The kitchen has quartzite counters, an island with bar seating, a professional range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and small appliances including a coffee grinder, kettle, blender, rice cooker and toaster oven. The outdoor kitchen includes a built-in grill, prep bar and mounted TV.

The upstairs primary suite has a furnished lanai, freestanding soaking tub, dual vanities and glass rain shower. The second upstairs suite has a private lanai with golf-course and mountain views. The third suite has dual vanities, a walk-in shower and outdoor shower. Two guest suites are detached from the main home. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans extend throughout, with smart TVs in every room. A laundry room, linens, Malie Organics toiletries, beach towels and gear, printer/scanner, and a complimentary Pack and Play are provided. Two six-seat Epic golf carts are included.

The private infinity-edge pool overlooks the fairway beside a spillover spa, lawn and lava-rock boundary. Pool heating to 78°F is complimentary. Registered guests also receive complimentary access to One Ocean's shared facilities a short walk away. The Ocean Club has an oceanfront infinity pool, two whirlpool spas, BBQ cabanas, open-air pavilions, palapas, oceanfront bar seating, locker rooms, yoga lawn and whale-watching decks. The Sports & Wellness Club has a lagoon-style pool, fitness center, locker rooms, game room and BBQ lanai. Hana Pono Park has a family pool, spa and outdoor shower.

The Ocean Club connects directly to Fishermen's Trail leading to a black sand beach. Hapuna Beach is a short drive north, and Ellison Onizuka Kona International Airport is about 30 minutes away. Golf, snorkeling coves and coastal trails are nearby. Mauna Lani Resort golf, tennis, pickleball and fitness-center access, and beach-equipment rentals, are listed as paid options, separate from the complimentary One Ocean facilities. Concierge options include grocery shopping, housekeeping, private yoga and personal chefs. Pre-arrival support, on-island assistance and an optional orientation during business hours are available.
