The house

Completed in 2024 by White Noise Design Studio, the estate accommodates up to 12 guests across upstairs, downstairs and detached guest bedrooms. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors connect the great room, kitchen and lanai. Indoor dining seats twelve, and the upper balcony has a firepit lounge.

The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, marble island with bar seating, coffee maker and grinder, blender, kettle, toaster, toaster oven and rice cooker. An adjoining outdoor kitchen has a grill and counter seating. The lanai provides shaded dining, cushioned lounges and ceiling fans beside a private infinity-edge pool and hot tub. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards and towels are provided.

The two primary bedrooms have king beds and ensuite bathrooms. The upstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed and a hallway bathroom. The downstairs guest bedroom has two twin beds convertible to a king and an ensuite bathroom. Two detached guest bedrooms each have a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. All six bedrooms have central air conditioning, ceiling fans and space for a crib or Pack ’n Play. The upstairs bedrooms have partial ocean, mountain and golf views and balconies or decks; the downstairs primary has a private balcony or deck and an outdoor shower.

The home includes high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, a speaker system, a dedicated work area with printer/scanner, a washer/dryer, garage, Pack ’n Play, linens and toiletries. A complimentary six-seater golf cart is available for resort travel, with complimentary Mauna Lani Beach Club access for snorkeling, dining and swimming.

Shared One Ocean facilities include the Ocean Club’s infinity pool, two whirlpool spas, BBQ cabanas, palapas, pavilions, locker rooms and yoga lawn; the Sports & Wellness Club’s lagoon-style pool, fitness center, locker rooms, game room and BBQ lanai; and Hana Pono Park’s family pool, spa and outdoor shower. Resort golf, shops, grocery store, restaurants, bar, fitness center, tennis and pickleball access are separately marked as chargeable. Beach equipment rentals are also available for a charge.

Property services include an orientation upon request, local guest support and concierge arrangements for grocery delivery, private chefs, yoga and housekeeping.
