The house

This updated, 752-square-foot condo has rustic-inspired interiors, furnished living spaces, a fireplace, heating and a dining area. A private patio with outdoor seating offers unobstructed views, with wildlife frequently seen nearby.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and kitchen basics. The home also has a television with cable or satellite, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and a washer and dryer. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, towels, toiletries, hangers, an iron and room-darkening shades are provided. Baby safety gear, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are included among the facilities.

The single-level home is advertised as wheelchair accessible and offers self check-in. A local team based in Wilson provides support during the stay.
