House rules
No smoking. No pets. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. A refundable €800 deposit per booking is taken by card pre-authorisation. The tourist tax is payable before the stay; the page also indicates the tax is included in the total price, so confirm this detail before publishing. A 10% Hoomy concierge service fee applies per booking. End-of-stay cleaning costs €167 per booking. Kitchen linens are optional at €2 per booking; a towel set is €7 per booking; linens for one double bed cost €18 and for one single bed €14; a bath mat costs €3 per booking. Bed linen and towels are not provided unless ordered as optional linen, which is supplied for the stay without renewal. A baby cot is included. Contact the local agency one week before arrival with the expected arrival time to arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. The house has no dedicated electric-vehicle charging point; do not use domestic outlets for vehicle charging. The house has three parking spaces.
Getting there
Plage du Bechet and Plage du Port Hue are each 600 m away; Plage de la Petite Salinette is 750 m away. The listing gives distances but no access mode. Three private outdoor parking spaces are available in front of the house.
